VALLEY LAKE

Public BBQ

Valley Lake sits in a sheltered valley with big shady trees and lake views that combine to create an unexpectedly peaceful setting. The massive playground dominates the space, featuring equipment for different age groups with wheelchair-accessible paths throughout. The entire play area is fenced, providing security for families with young children near the water''s edge. Multiple undercover barbecue areas accommodate group gatherings, with picnic tables scattered both in shade and under shelters. The facilities remain well-maintained, with clean toilets conveniently located near the large carpark. Ducks and other waterbirds frequent the lake edge, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. A walking trail through the adjacent conservation area offers an option beyond the playground. On hot days, the valley location and established trees provide natural cooling. The combination of playground, lakeside setting, and proper facilities makes this a practical spot for extended family outings.
