TOLL BAR PARK PLAYGROUND LEXTON

Public BBQ

A well-kept and surprisingly generous park that not many people know about, safely fenced with sun protection over parts of it and plenty of room for children to roam. There is a good spread of play equipment and a large undercover barbecue area, which makes it easy for a whole family to settle in for the day. The site has genuine history: it was the location of the original 1800s hotel, which burnt down and was replaced by the park — Lexton predates Ballarat by some margin.
