SUSSEX BEND PLAYGROUND

Public BBQ

There's something delightfully unexpected about finding a proper community hub tucked away in Lower Chittering. Sussex Bend Playground proves that good things come to those who venture beyond the beaten path. The modern facilities here put many city parks to shame - power points for keeping devices charged (a godsend for parents), immaculately maintained toilets, and those wonderful push-start barbecues that actually work. The climbing playground keeps the kids entertained while parents enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and if anyone's brought a basketball, the half-court provides an excellent distraction. The BMX track adds an adventurous element, though it's the overall sense of community thoughtfulness that makes this place special.
