SUNSET COVE

Public BBQ

Sunset Cove reveals itself as one of those rare coastal gems where crystal-clear waters meet thoughtful family planning. The shallow swimming area proves perfect for little ones while offering enough depth for older children to properly enjoy themselves. A modern playground anchors the site, complemented by well-positioned barbecue facilities and shaded picnic areas that provide welcome relief on scorching days. The flat, well-marked walking track connects conveniently to nearby shops, though visitors should pack water shoes, the beach bristles with broken mussel shells that can catch unwary feet. Historical enthusiasts will appreciate the scattered World War II remnants that add unexpected depth to what might otherwise be just another pretty waterfront spot. Car parking presents the only significant challenge, with limited spaces that seem inadequately planned for the location's growing popularity. The toilets, while present, could benefit from more frequent attention. Come sunset, however, all minor grievances fade as the day's golden finale unfolds across the water.
