SEVILLE WATER PLAY PARK

Public BBQ

This park features a free water play area with fountains and chlorinated water running until 8:30pm, making it ideal for hot summer days. The splash zone sits beside a small playground with slides and swings suited to toddlers and younger children. Gazebo shade covers provide relief for parents watching, though the water play area itself remains in the sun. The park includes toilet facilities, water taps, and a BBQ area for family gatherings. Located about 1.5 hours from Melbourne, it's described as smaller and quieter than Warburton's offering. The layout accommodates autism and special needs visitors with easy access throughout. Families report it's particularly popular when temperatures hit the high 30s, with kids spending hours running through the fountains. The combination of ample shade for spectators, safe surroundings, and genuinely free facilities makes it worth the drive from Melbourne's suburbs.
