ROMA COMMUNITY GARDEN

Public BBQ

Roma Community Garden presents a tale of two realities that any visitor should understand before making the journey. What was once clearly a thriving community hub - complete with BBQ facilities, ample seating, and garden plots where locals gathered for Monday morning chats at 9:30am - now exists in a state of neglect that's disappointingly undocumented online. The peaceful setting still attracts various bird species, and the infrastructure remains, suggesting this was indeed a perfect spot for kids' parties and relaxed gatherings. While technically open 24/7, prospective visitors should manage expectations about the current condition versus what the online presence might suggest.

Generally, it is permissible to utilize your own gas BBQ, provided it remains under continuous supervision. However, the usage of Charcoal BBQ's is typically restricted, with the exception of parks equipped with designated charcoal disposal bins.
