ROBERTS PARK

Public BBQ

A well-loved community park with wide open grassy fields, shady trees, children's playgrounds and well-kept sports facilities including basketball. The water play area is the summer drawcard, and the amenities are better than most: male and female bathrooms, a change room and an outdoor shower. Paths through the park are wide enough to walk a dog comfortably, and there is ample space for a picnic along with a scattering of benches. It comes alive on weekends with families and gatherings, and is peaceful enough on a weekday to read under the trees.
