RAINBOW PARK

Public BBQ

This large park sits central to town and serves as a hub for family barbecues, community gatherings, and the regular Sunday morning farmers market. The historic brick gazebo anchors the open space, which hosts events throughout the year including open-air concerts and a Christmas carols night. The beach features beautiful blue water with flat, accessible foreshore paths perfect for walking. A playground and barbecue area provide facilities for families. The park offers plenty of room for dogs to run. The Sunday farmers market showcases local produce and often features live music. The natural setting includes beach, mangrove, and river meeting the sea, attracting people fishing along the foreshore. The town takes on a quieter character off-season compared to the busy tourist periods.
