QUEEN MARY FALLS

Public BBQ

Queen Mary Falls presents a spectacular natural attraction just two hours from Brisbane or the Gold Coast. The scenic location features both electric and wood-fired barbecue facilities scattered throughout a spacious picnic area, complemented by numerous tables and clean public toilet facilities. Two well-maintained walking tracks offer different experiences - the easy 20-minute Cliff Circuit provides stunning viewing platform access, while a more adventurous 45-minute trail leads to the waterfall's base. The area transforms into an impressive spectacle after rainfall, though visitors should be reasonably mobile for the walking tracks. During holiday periods, this popular destination becomes quite busy, making early arrival advisable. A convenient cafe operates across the road at the caravan park, adding to the site's appeal for day-trippers and families seeking a combination of natural beauty and practical amenities.
