MURRAMARANG BEACH RESERVE

Public BBQ

This coastal reserve at Maroneys Beach in Batemans Bay combines excellent beach access with notable wildlife encounters. Kangaroos regularly appear throughout the day and into the evening, making it a standout feature of the location. The beach itself offers calm, small waves that create safe conditions for children and smooth conditions suited to longboard surfing. The reserve includes BBQ facilities, tables, and toilets. A camping and caravan park sits directly adjacent to the beach, providing convenient accommodation options. The corner beach area is particularly protected, making it popular with families during school holidays when the place gets busy. Early mornings offer a quieter atmosphere before the daily activity picks up.
