MULLBEAM PARK

Public BBQ

Mullbeam Park delivers a well-rounded recreational experience that attracts families across Brisbane's northern suburbs. The expansive grounds feature three distinct playgrounds catering to different age groups, from toddler-friendly equipment to challenging climbing structures for older children. Towering established trees provide generous shade while doubling as natural climbing adventures. The park's sporting facilities include a full-sized basketball court and tennis practice wall, drawing regular users throughout the week. Twin hotplates anchor the barbecue area, maintained to a standard that surprises first-time visitors. The off-leash dog park creates a social hub where canines and their owners gather regularly. Practical amenities include accessible toilets and wheelchair-friendly swing equipment. The grassy areas offer ample space for ball games and small celebrations, though some sections show signs of heavy use. Brisbane City Council occasionally hosts community events here, including popular bicycle maintenance workshops that demonstrate the venue's versatility beyond traditional park activities.
