MUKINBUDIN AQUATIC CENTRE

Public BBQ

Mukinbudin Aquatic Centre sits somewhat incongruously Cruickshank Road, delightful oasis seeming almost too good for town this size surprisingly. Pool itself remarkably well-maintained,genuinely sparkling clean in way making wonder if secret army pool maintenance elves working through night humorously. Striking first: modest facility punches well above weight impressively. Water temperature spot-on for scorching Western Australian days when even flies look knackered exhaustedly and something wonderfully refreshing about diving into what locals proudly call "community jewel" deservedly. BBQ area provides decent undercover relentless sun relief whilst might want checking opening hours twice, unfortunate habit finding gates locked when most desperately needing cooling dip frustratingly. Sort facility making appreciate how regional communities can create something truly special admirably.
