MORTIMER ROAD PARK

Public BBQ

Mortimer Road Park beside Archerfield Airport feels like discovering secret aeronautical wonderland. Airplane-themed playground immediately catches eye, proper aircraft sits centre stage though advise arriving early before Queensland sun turns flying hotplate despite thoughtful overhead shade sails. Setting apart: delightful small plane and helicopter overhead soundtrack providing endless aviation-mad children entertainment. Visit coincided several families excellently using BBQ facilities though couldn't help noticing pedal-powered helicopter given up ghost along with water play section, shame on sweltering day. Park caters brilliantly to toddler brigade with plenty newly-walking adventurer safe toddling space.
