LUDWIG LEICHHARDT PARK

Public BBQ

A well-maintained park at Taroom that works nicely as a travelling break - RV friendly, with a large parking area, clean toilets, an electric barbecue, picnic tables under leafy trees and night lighting. There is a playground and a shaded skate park, and the town pool is next door. It is a good spot for a coffee or a picnic lunch off the road. One warning: after rain the sandflies arrive in force.
