KENTHURST PARK

Public BBQ

Nestled among nature in Kenthurst, this well-maintained sporting complex transforms from peaceful retreat to bustling community hub depending on the season. The park boasts both turf and synthetic cricket fields with practice nets, tennis courts with lighting, and multiple playgrounds that keep families entertained during weekend matches. Ample parking and clean toilet facilities handle the crowds, while barbecue areas and picnic tables provide perfect spots for post-game celebrations. The grounds serve as home to local cricket and soccer teams, creating a vibrant weekend atmosphere where six-packs and camping chairs are as essential as the sporting equipment. Dog owners frequent the open spaces, though sporting events take priority. While the toilet block's limited hours occasionally frustrate visitors, the overall experience delivers exactly what community sport demands.
