HELLFIRE BAY

Public BBQ

A beach of white sand and improbably blue water in Cape Le Grand National Park, ringed by granite rock formations and reached by sealed road. Many visitors rate it above Lucky Bay. The water is cool but worth the plunge, the sand squeaks underfoot, and the rocks at either end are ideal for sitting and watching the bay, with dolphins coming in close. The car park is small, so you may have to walk a short way, but access is otherwise easy.
