HEATH PARK

Public BBQ

Heath Park delivers serious amenities across its large grounds. The sporting facilities stand out, with excellent football fields and rugby pitches that players rate highly. The rugby side already has floodlights, though the football fields are waiting for theirs. Families get plenty here: a well-designed playground suits ages 2-7 with multiple types of equipment, positioned safely away from the main road. An excellent scooter track caters especially to smaller kids, while two separate skate parks handle older children and teenagers. Outdoor workout equipment adds another activity option. The massive oval provides open space for running around, and the park manages to entertain everyone from toddlers to adults without feeling crowded. Portable toilets service the sporting areas and stay clean even during construction work. This is a very well-resourced local park that covers most recreational needs in one spot.
