Public BBQ

A big, adventurous playground in Clarkson built around a climbing theme, with plenty of frames and a tall central tower to explore. It suits kids up to about twelve. The tower's open floors have large gaps that smaller children can slip through, so toddlers need close supervision. Several picnic tables sit nearby, some of them shaded, and there are dedicated spots set up for birthday parties, which the park sees plenty of. Worth knowing before you go: there are no toilets on site, parking gets tight when it is busy, and the seating is built high enough that shorter legs dangle. Otherwise a genuinely good spot for a party or an afternoon out with the kids.

Generally No! The BBQs are first come, first serve. However, if you plan on having a larger event then please check with Wanneroo council.

Aussie public BBQs are simple to use. Majority of sites listed on this website are gas or electric BBQs. Simply press the button and it will turn on for a set amount of time (10-20 minutes).

You should first check with Wanneroo council about the rules and restrictions.

Generally, it is permissible to utilize your own gas BBQ, provided it remains under continuous supervision. However, the usage of Charcoal BBQ's is typically restricted, with the exception of parks equipped with designated charcoal disposal bins.
