CLIVE PARK

Public BBQ

This harbourside reserve offers a rare pocket of nature with water views, walking tracks, and its own small beaches tucked along Middle Harbour. The real drawcard is the swimming spot - when tides align, crystal clear water fills a safe, enclosed area that locals have treasured for generations. Best avoided after storms when debris washes in. The BBQ facilities and children's swing provide basic amenities, though the public toilets could use attention. Dog walkers frequent the area, and evidence of their visits can detract from the experience. Birdlife thrives here, and the tranquil atmosphere makes it ideal for leisurely weekend strolls without crowds. Parking proves straightforward given the spot's relative obscurity.
