Public BBQ

Casey Fields is a vast, vibrant park with activities for all ages. The playground is expansive, featuring a variety of play equipment including a tire swing and a big slide that kids love. There's a serene lake where ducks glide by, making it perfect for a leisurely walk or feeding the ducks. The park has excellent sports facilities, including synthetic pitches lit up for nighttime activities. The BBQ areas are well-maintained with ample seating, both under shelters and in the open. While the park is popular, especially on weekends, it's spacious enough to offer tranquility. The toilets are clean, and there's even a special swing that accommodates wheelchairs.

Aussie public BBQs are simple to use. Majority of sites listed on this website are gas or electric BBQs. Simply press the button and it will turn on for a set amount of time (10-20 minutes).

You should first check with Casey council about the rules and restrictions.

Generally, it is permissible to utilize your own gas BBQ, provided it remains under continuous supervision. However, the usage of Charcoal BBQ's is typically restricted, with the exception of parks equipped with designated charcoal disposal bins.
