BUNDEENA OVAL

Public BBQ

Bundeena Oval offers a spacious recreation area surrounded by angophora trees with excellent birdlife. The playground caters to older kids, primary school age and above, with the twirl see-saw being particularly popular. There are two BBQs available, along with bench seating and plenty of shade from the surrounding trees. A small but practical skate park adds extra entertainment options. Facilities include open toilets during the day and drinking water. The oval itself provides ample space for ball games and family activities. The main downside is the bitey flies that can be annoying during visits. Access is via a rough road leading to the carpark, which visitors note is in poor condition. Despite this, the location's natural setting and range of facilities make it a solid choice for families.
