BUGLER PARK

Public BBQ

Tucked away in Grantham, Bugler Park was one of those unassuming local gems that knew exactly what it was about. The undercover picnic tables provided blessed relief from Queensland's unforgiving sun, while the play area kept the little ones entertained long enough for parents to actually finish a conversation. The barbecue facilities were straightforward and functional - no fancy bells and whistles, just honest Queensland barbecuing. What made it particularly family-friendly was the thoughtful placement of toilets within reasonable walking distance, a detail that any parent with young children would genuinely appreciate. While it may no longer be operational, it served its community well as a reliable spot for weekend family gatherings and casual outdoor dining.
