BROADWATER MEMORIAL PARK

Public BBQ

Tucked away on Little Pitt Street, Broadwater Memorial Park offers a quiet respite in this coastal NSW town. The barbecue facilities here won't win any awards, but they serve their purpose well enough for a simple family meal. What strikes you most is the peaceful atmosphere - this memorial setting carries a sense of reverence that makes it feel different from your typical park barbie spot. The picnic tables are positioned thoughtfully, giving families space to spread out without feeling cramped. While the facilities are basic, the park's tranquil character and proximity to other Broadwater attractions like the nearby beach picnic area make it a decent stop for those seeking a low-key outdoor meal. Don't expect bells and whistles, but do expect a genuinely restful break from the coastal hustle.
