A 50-metre outdoor lap pool with consistently clear water, backed by friendly staff and a kiosk. Two smaller shallow pools round out the complex, and there are options for those who are not confident swimmers. The dive pool has been filled in, so despite what the listings say there are three pools rather than four. Shade and seating are oddly divorced — the shaded areas have no seats and the bench seats sit in full sun — and the barbecue area with its shaded picnic benches is set where it is hard to keep an eye on the water. The change rooms are the real letdown: two only, male and female, with no family option, and both are rundown and dated, with a shared open shower area and no cubicles or anywhere private to change.

Generally No! The BBQs are first come, first serve. However, if you plan on having a larger event then please check with Greater Bendigo council.

You should first check with Greater Bendigo council about the rules and restrictions.

Generally, it is permissible to utilize your own gas BBQ, provided it remains under continuous supervision. However, the usage of Charcoal BBQ's is typically restricted, with the exception of parks equipped with designated charcoal disposal bins.
