BORONIA PARK

Public BBQ

Boronia Park sits alongside the Parramatta River in Hunters Hill, where barbecue facilities occupy prime real estate next to expansive sporting grounds. The elevated position offers glimpses of the water through established trees, while families spread across the adjoining oval for cricket matches and touch footy. Children gravitate toward the playground equipment, conveniently positioned within sight of the barbecue areas where parents tend to sausages and steaks. The park's amenities include clean toilet facilities and ample parking, though the weekend crowds can make finding a prime barbecue spot somewhat competitive. The combination of riverside location and sporting facilities creates a quintessentially Australian weekend gathering place.
