BEAUMONT PARK

Public BBQ

This park centres around a small ornamental lake with a fountain, offering a compact green space. The park features a 300-metre loop around the lake or a 600-metre circuit around the entire grounds, making it suitable for dog walking, short runs, or casual strolls. A boardwalk provides waterside access, and the lake attracts ducks, though some visitors note the water quality isn't pristine. The playground caters primarily to toddlers, with a sandpit, swings, and basic play equipment. It's small but functional for young children, and the lake proves popular for floating toy boats. Benches are scattered throughout for resting. Good lighting makes evening visits viable, with spring sunsets particularly noted. Car parking is available on Beaumont Parkway. The park functions well as a quick stop during runs or a brief outdoor break, rather than an all-day destination given its modest size.
