BAWLEY POINT RESERVE

Public BBQ

Bawley Point Reserve sits along the pristine NSW South Coast, offering families a beachside barbecue experience where ocean breezes enhance outdoor dining. The 24-hour access makes this coastal gem particularly appealing for early morning beach sessions or evening barbecues as the sun sets over the Pacific. The children's playground provides essential entertainment while parents prepare meals, creating the perfect balance between relaxation and family engagement. Located on Murramarang Road, the reserve benefits from its proximity to Bawley Point's stunning beaches and coastal walking tracks. While facilities remain basic, the natural setting compensates admirably - few barbecue locations can match the combination of playground amenities and direct beach access. The open-access policy means families can enjoy extended stays without time constraints, making this an ideal base for day-long coastal adventures that seamlessly blend beach activities with outdoor cooking.
