About Mundaring BBQ Facilities

Shire of Mundaring has BBQ facilities at Mundaring Weir (waterside spot with undercover picnic tables and play area) and Lake Leschenaultia (shelters available for day hire with BBQ facilities).

Can I bring my own BBQ to parks in Mundaring?

<p>Gas BBQs permitted with continuous supervision. Charcoal BBQs are typically restricted except in parks with designated charcoal disposal bins.</p><p>During <strong>Total Fire Bans</strong>:</p><ul><li><strong>Gas/Electric BBQs</strong> are permitted</li><li><strong>Solid fuel BBQs</strong> are <strong>prohibited</strong></li></ul><p>Check fire bans at <a href="https://www.emergency.wa.gov.au/total-fire-bans">Emergency WA</a></p>

Can I book a BBQ facility for exclusive use?

<p><strong>Lake Leschenaultia Shelter Hire:</strong> Book through SpacetoCo.</p><p><strong>Cancellation:</strong> 50% refund if cancelled more than 14 days prior; no refund within 14 days. Full refund if Shire closes Lake Leschenaultia.</p><p><strong>Rules:</strong> No glass on sand/in water. No pets (except Assistance Dogs). No fishing.
