About Gosnells BBQ Facilities

The City of Gosnells has parks available for casual use and hire including Robinson Park. Gazebos and barbecues are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be used between 6am and 10pm.

Can I bring my own BBQ to parks in Gosnells?

During Total Fire Bans in Western Australia:

  • Gas BBQs with enclosed flames are permitted (clear 5m around BBQ)
  • Electric BBQs are permitted
  • Solid fuel BBQs (charcoal, wood, Weber-style) are prohibited

Check fire bans at Emergency WA or call 1800 709 355.

Can I book a BBQ facility for exclusive use?

No booking required for family picnics, including use of available barbecues.

Sports fields and reserves can be used on a casual basis for special events like family barbecues, birthdays, community fairs.

While a formal booking can be made for a specific location, the park remains open to the public at all times.

A refundable bond may be required for vehicle access or potential damage.
