Public BBQ Rules & Facilities
City of Canning has over 450 hectares of public parks and reserves. Parks with BBQ facilities include Mason's Landing Park (accessible), Hossack Reserve, Maniana Reserve, Queens Park Reserve, and Prendwick Reserve.
During Total Fire Bans in Western Australia:
Check fire bans at Emergency WA or call 1800 709 355.
Parks and reserves are available to everybody, but some activities require an application.
For some BBQ facilities, you need to collect a key from the City of Canning.
Contact the City on 1300 422 664 to organise events in parks or discuss ground availability.
If you encounter issues with a BBQ facility, please report them to Canning. Common issues include:
