About Bunbury BBQ Facilities

City of Bunbury maintains Public Open Space including Parks & Gardens with BBQ facilities. Kelly Park has a BBQ area with children's play area. Big Swamp/Wildlife Park area offers free BBQs, playgrounds and picnic facilities.

Can I bring my own BBQ to parks in Bunbury?

<p>During <strong>Total Fire Bans</strong> in Western Australia:</p><ul><li><strong>Gas BBQs</strong> with enclosed flames are permitted (clear 5m around BBQ)</li><li><strong>Electric BBQs</strong> are permitted</li><li><strong>Solid fuel BBQs</strong> (charcoal, wood, Weber-style) are <strong>prohibited</strong></li></ul><p>Check fire bans at <a href="https://www.emergency.wa.gov.au/total-fire-bans">Emergency WA</a> or call 1800 709 355.</p>
