About Playford BBQ Facilities

City of Playford has over 1,000 hectares of open space with BBQs at Playford Alive Town Park, Fremont Park (with dog parks), McGilp Recreation Park, Jo Gapper Activity Park, Blakeview Town Park, Burgate Reserve, Parkvale Reserve, and Virginia Grove Play Park.

Can I bring my own BBQ to parks in Playford?

<p>Portable BBQs permitted subject to fire restrictions.</p><p>During <strong>Total Fire Ban</strong>: Gas/electric BBQs only - no charcoal or wood.</p><p>Dogs must be on-leash within 5 metres of playground equipment.</p>

Can I book a BBQ facility for exclusive use?

<p>Parks are available for public use. For events requiring infrastructure or permits, contact Council.</p>
