Public BBQ Rules & Facilities
Town of Gawler has parks with BBQs at Clonlea Reserve (with skate park, playground, tennis courts on scenic North Para River), and Apex Park (popular recreation space with playground, outdoor exercise equipment on South Para River). Many parks are on picturesque river corridors.
Portable BBQs permitted subject to fire restrictions.
During Total Fire Ban days, only gas/electric BBQs are permitted.
Four parks can be hired for private or community events including Clonlea Reserve and Apex Park.
Lush green lawns, shaded areas, playgrounds, BBQs and walking paths make ideal event locations.
