Public BBQ Rules & Facilities
City of Adelaide has free BBQs throughout the Adelaide Park Lands including Bonython Park, Pelzer Park/Pityarilla (Park 19), Blue Gum Park/Kurangga (Park 20), Wattle Park, Bundey's Paddock, and Park 22 (Josie Agius Park). Wheelchair-accessible BBQs available at Pityarilla Activity Hub.
Check current fire restrictions before using portable BBQs. During Total Fire Ban days, only gas/electric BBQs are permitted - no charcoal or wood-fired BBQs.

BBQs are free to use on a first-come, first-served basis.
For events requiring exclusive use or infrastructure (marquees, staging), apply through the Park Lands booking portal.
