Toowoomba Regional Council has BBQ facilities at Clewley Park (near city centre with pond and gardens), Lake Annand (feature park with fountain), and East Creek Park (adjacent to Visitor Information Centre).

Can I bring my own BBQ to parks in Toowoomba?

<p>During <strong>Local Fire Bans</strong> in Queensland:</p><ul><li><strong>Gas and electric BBQs</strong> are permitted</li><li><strong>Charcoal, wood-fired and heat bead BBQs</strong> are prohibited</li></ul><p>Check the <a href="https://www.fire.qld.gov.au/safety-education/using-fire-outdoors/fire-bans-and-restrictions">Queensland Fire Department website</a> for current fire bans.</p>

Can I book a BBQ facility for exclusive use?

<p>Parks may be used for commercial or non-commercial events including charity events, fundraisers, memorial services, Christmas Carols, and weddings.</p><p>Seasonal booking periods:</p><ul><li>Summer: 1 October - 31 March</li><li>Winter: 1 April - 30 September</li></ul><p>A late fee applies to bookings received less than 5 working days before the event.</p>

How do I report a fault or issue with a BBQ facility?

<p>Report urgent park issues (vandalism, broken equipment, syringes, snakes) by calling <strong>131 872</strong> (24/7).</p><p>Non-urgent issues: use the self-service portal or email [email protected]</p>
