Public BBQ Rules & Facilities
Sunshine Coast Council maintains BBQ facilities at many parks including Shelly Beach Park, Federation Park, Clarke Place Park, Peregian Breeze Park, and Baringa Forest Park. Many parks have sheltered BBQ and picnic facilities.
During Local Fire Bans in Queensland:
Check the Queensland Fire Department website for current fire bans.
Many parks can be used for weddings and formal ceremonies. Use the Beaches and Parks Directory to find suitable locations.
Contact Council for larger event bookings.
