Ipswich City Council provides over 550 parks and reserve areas covering 8,500+ hectares. Picnic and BBQ shelters, sporting grounds, natural areas, and walking tracks are available 7 days a week.

Can I bring my own BBQ to parks in Ipswich?

<p>During <strong>Local Fire Bans</strong> in Queensland:</p><ul><li><strong>Gas and electric BBQs</strong> are permitted</li><li><strong>Charcoal, wood-fired and heat bead BBQs</strong> are prohibited</li></ul><p>Check the <a href="https://www.fire.qld.gov.au/safety-education/using-fire-outdoors/fire-bans-and-restrictions">Queensland Fire Department website</a> for current fire bans.</p>

Can I book a BBQ facility for exclusive use?
