About Waverley BBQ Facilities

Waverley Council has BBQs at Bondi Park, Tamarama Park and other reserves. Dogs are prohibited within 10 metres of playgrounds and public BBQs.

Can I bring my own BBQ to parks in Waverley?

<p>At Bondi Park: <strong>No charcoal, solid fuel BBQs or open fires permitted.</strong></p><p>Only gas or electric portable BBQs are allowed, subject to fire restrictions.</p>

Can I book a BBQ facility for exclusive use?

<p>Informal gatherings up to <strong>50 people maximum</strong> do not require a booking.</p><p>Formal events, weddings, and corporate functions require approval via "Use of public spaces" application.</p>
