JACKADDER LAKE

Public BBQ

Surrounded by vibrant fauna and flora, this park provides a peaceful yet lively atmosphere. The lake, with its stunning beauty, is the highlight, attracting birdwatchers and model boat enthusiasts. Along the lake, a well-kept walk trail invites for leisurely strolls or energetic jogs, while the upgraded playground keeps children engaged. The park is also a hub for outdoor fitness with strategically placed exercise stations. Families and solo visitors alike find the park ideal for picnics, reading, or simply unwinding amidst nature. Nearby shops and cafes add to the convenience. However, caution is advised near the lake for children, and during nesting season, certain areas may be restricted due to nesting magpies. Despite these minor concerns, the park remains a treasured spot for local and visiting families, fitness enthusiasts, and nature lovers.
