This location is an excellent spot for a beachside BBQ with family and friends, offering large open spaces, playgrounds, and various recreational facilities. Visitors appreciate the availability of public BBQs, picnic areas, grassy spaces for playing sports, and the nearby beach for paddling in the water. The area is also dog-friendly, with poo bag dispensers provided. Some downsides include the lack of shade on hot days, non-functional BBQs, and paid parking. However, overall, the location is highly regarded for its amenities and enjoyable atmosphere.

Generally, it is permissible to utilize your own gas BBQ, provided it remains under continuous supervision. However, the usage of Charcoal BBQ's is typically restricted, with the exception of parks equipped with designated charcoal disposal bins.
