COOGEE BEACH

Public BBQ

Coogee is an inviting location that draws families, exercise enthusiasts, and nature lovers. The well-maintained area boasts a safe swimming spot within a shark net, offering peace of mind for both young and old swimmers. The clear and clean water is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply splashing around. The sandy beach is complemented by a picturesque park, offering shaded seating areas and a children's playground. The jetty is a unique feature, providing a scenic spot to view the sunset and a fun spot for fishing. Despite the allure of the beach, the bathrooms could use more cleaning. Parking may be a bit challenging due to popularity, especially on weekends. Look out for jellyfish when visiting, and enjoy the late-night swims, the marine life, and the stunning views.
